The flowers were beautiful but we delivered AFTER the funeral. The hearse had already left to go to the cemetery. Luckily we saw them and took them to the cemetery ourselves, not easy because we had to separate the flowers from the stand so they fit into the car.

The link through Floral Haven Funeral Home gives you the impression that you are ordering directly from their on-sight location; this is ONLY true if they are not overwhelmed with orders and then it is routed out to another local florist. This local florist (unknown name) was over an hour late in delivery our flowers; the visitation started at 4pm, flowers were to be delivered by 3pm, they finally showed up at 4:30; after I called to find out where they were. The young lady I spoke to with from Sympathy Store was very professional & contacted the florist immediately to address the problem. Ours were 1 of 8 flowers that were delivered after the visitation started; very disruptive & unprofessional in my opinion. I was charged $15 for a personalized ribbon; it was hand-written, & the ink against the color of the ribbon could barely be seen. I understand inflation, but the ribbon we received was worth $6 at best. The flowers themselves were beautiful; but $184.95 not so much.

The arrangement was lovely. It was delivered without the ribbon, but we were so pleased with the way The Sympathy Store handled the situation when we made them aware of it. Obviously, it was too late to add the ribbon, but they promptly--and without being asked--not only refunded the cost of the ribbon (which was nominal) but also provided and extra refund due to the error. In a world where so few companies seem to understand the meaning of customer service, The Sympathy Store really stands out. We will use their services again in the future and highly recommend!

the arrangement was not as full as it appears in picture. Also, the gladioli were not open. I went by the cemetery today and they are open now, 2 days after the service. It would have much prettier if the gladioli were open when they were delivered

This arrangement looks very beautiful in the picture as you can see. However, I was told the spray was arranged in the shape of a heart. I am told it was really beautiful. I consider this an upgrade. Thank You so much. It was a beautiful heart for a beautiful soul.

Hands down the best flower service i have ever worked with. My order was not able to be completed because the florist neglected to tell Sympathy that they were closed on Presidents Day. Sympathy went the extra mile, called me before the viewing & service to explain everything. Immediately offered me not only a full refund (without asking) but having a basket of equal value and design created and sent to the families home address. I did not have to do ANYTHING!!! They were hands down the BEST and during a time of grief and morning, they really made me feel important. Thank you Sympathy Store!!

Ordered on Sunday afternoon the day before the service which was at noon on Monday. Was told delivery couldn't be guaranteed before 11AM but was assured it would arrive before the service. The spray was delivered a little before 11AM so was very happy with that and the fact they kept their word about delivery. It was very pretty. I was afraid it wouldn't look as nice as the the one in the photo but it did - maybe better. I was completely satisfied with it. Had not ordered from The Sympathy Store before but would to do it again.
